You must be of legal age (18+) in your jurisdiction or have explicit permission from a parent or guardian to purchase and use our services.

You accept this agreement in full by launching, loading, downloading, or running any qTechnologies digital product, or by participating in our private customer communities.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior announcement. You are responsible for staying up to date with the latest version.

Attempting to reverse a payment via chargeback will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your access to all qTechnologies services.

We offer a 2-day refund window exclusively for verified technical incompatibilities that prevent the software from functioning in your environment. No refunds are offered after this period.

De-obfuscating, dumping, cracking, or otherwise attempting to un-hide the protected code of our services is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

Leaking, sharing, re-posting, or spreading our services or access credentials is not permitted. You are the legal administrator of your copy and held accountable for its security.

You are strictly prohibited from using qTechnologies software or protection tools to obfuscate, shield, or facilitate the distribution of malicious code. This includes, but is not limited to: malware, ransomware, viruses, spyware, or any software designed to gain unauthorized access or cause harm to third-party systems. Any such use constitutes a material breach of this agreement and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

We reserve the right to keep our intellectual property hidden behind specialized protection. Any malicious interaction with our obfuscated code will be handled at the administration's discretion.

Your use of our services is also governed by our separate Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you explicitly consent to the data collection, storage, and usage practices outlined there. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.

We collect essential data including program startups, IP addresses, verification attempts, and error logs to maintain service integrity and security.

You are prohibited from leaking or sharing information regarding other users or private discussions within qTechnologies community channels. Breach of this privacy results in service termination.

All qTechnologies Services, Software, and Support are provided on an "AS IS" and "IS AVAILABLE" basis. To maximum extent permitted by law, We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We DO NOT warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

qTechnologies is not liable for any damages caused by the attempted use of leaked, modified, or de-obfuscated versions of our software.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of our software or services at any time, with or without notice. You agree that qTechnologies shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

qTechnologies shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, cyberattacks, severe server outages, government actions, or internet backbone failures.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless qTechnologies from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use or alleged use of our software, websites, or community platforms.

We reserve the right to suspend or end your access to our services immediately and without notice if we determine you have breached any part of this agreement.
